"Signs of Love" was done in response to the Kennedy Heights Art Center's call for works for its 2008 exhibit HeART of ART. The use of wire to form the grid came out of experimenting in sculpture. Dark colors at the bottom to add contrast for the white hearts. This was a first use of large dark areas and I carried it over into subsequent works.
